Blastjet Oy manufactures and sells durable pressure vessel-operated PC-series shot blasting cabinets. Our range also includes ejector-operated E-series and ejector-operated EC-series devices, as well as various automated and customized solutions.
Pressure vessel-operated PC series
The BJ-PC series cabinets have an adjustable cyclone separator that separates dust from the blower, and efficient ventilation that allows good visibility of the work site.
In pressure vessel operation, the blowing material is in a pressurized vessel, from which it is transferred by pressure along a hose to the venturi nozzle and from there to the blowing target. The PC series has a pressure vessel blowing pressure hold, so that the pressure does not leave the vessel between blowing cycles, but can be continued without interruption. Pressure vessel operation can have up to four times the blowing power compared to ejector operation. The PC series has micro-dust filters cleaned with compressed air pulse, and an electric chamber vibration with a push button.
