Bombardment with steel balls
Round steel balls are used, among other things, for shot peening, which increases the surface stress resistance of, for example, gears and connecting rods. The use of steel balls is also common for removing burrs and burrs and for rounding corners (machined parts and laser/burning cuts). Other areas of application include, for example, cleaning casting molds and removing paint. The balls are used in both blasting cabinets and blasting chambers.
The steel balls we sell are mainly made of high-carbon hard (45−52 HRC) martensitic steel. This quality is ideal for both cabinet blasting and zinc plating, and the hardness provides excellent cleaning performance.
Steel balls can be recycled dozens of times.
Working pressure: 3–7 bar, depending on the desired surface quality and the object to be blown.

S70 0.2mm
S110 0,3 mm
S170 0,4 mm
S230 0,6 mm
S280 0.7mm
S330 0,8 mm
S390 1,0 mm
S460 1,2 mm
S550 1,4 mm
S660 1,7 mm
S780 2,0 mm.
We also offer stainless steel ball CrS, which is used for blasting stainless objects. When used, it leaves no rust particles on the blasted surface.
Steel balls are delivered in 25 kg bags or full 1000 kg (40 bags) pallets or in 1000–1500 kg big bags.
We deliver steel balls in the size you need from Hämeenkyrö to all of Finland.
